Poor service and lack of accountability

No one has responded to my query regarding the shipment that was hijacked. I'm bought 3800 worth of clothes all gone to waste.

I bought clothes from Puma which were supposed to be delivered to RAM but when I look at my tracking number it says Hijacked parcel. It's been over 3 weeks waiting for my items and no one has said a thing. My next steps would be legal action
