Poor Service and Delivery from Ram Couriers
Do not use Ram Couriers, the service is atrocious. Ram Durban (11 phone calls) do not answer their phones. Ram Johannesburg keep you on hold, they are unable to communicate when you will receive your Delivery if indeed at all. 13 phone calls to Ram Johannesburg, 171 minutes on the phone( half of which spent on hold) just trying to get them to deliver urgent Pharma parcel without success. You are unable to get any specific response or assistance from this Crowd. Urgent Parcel remains undelivered. Certainly not a guaranteed Express Service.
