Poor service and communication

I am really disappointed by the service and RAM's communication. I get an sms informing that my parcel will be delivered Today (21-11-2018) at 09:55, the next thing at 17:12 I get an sms that delivery was unsuccessful. To my surprise I did not get a call from the security gate at my estate to open for your delivery person or a call from their delivery person to inform me they cant get through or find me at the address. I called their contact center only to be ask if I was at the house and that their delivery drivers don't deliver after 5pm. Really not going the extra mile to make sure that customers goods are delivered. Really this service is pathetic to the core
