POOR SERVICE AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DRIVERS

POOR SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECIEVED

RAM failed to deliver my shipment because the driver went to the wrong address.

The driver called to say he had arrived, but it was clear he was not at the correct location. When I tried to call him back to assist, he ignored all my calls. I contacted RAM customer service while this was happening and received no help.

Despite me being available and contactable, the delivery was marked as failed due to “address query / contact not available,” which is false.

Unacceptable service and zero accountability.
