Poor service all round.
I am waiting for delivery for a week now, when I phone then they say that they will deliver, but they don't. Their parcel tracking shows that they were at my premisses (10.11.23) but no one came. Then they say that I must change to a 3rd party delivery with the sender for them to deliver I have done this 3 days ago and confirmed it with the sender. There service is very bad, I don't think they know what service is.

We have attempted delivery 3 times and seem to keep missing each other, for us to deliver to someone in your absence we need authorization from Vodacom which we have not received at all, please do advise which address you are working so we can deliver the parcel to your work address instead?
