Poor service

I got a call from Ram last week Wednesday confirming my order for delivery. Was advised that everything is good and they will send the order out for delivery. I contacted Ram on Friday morning to change the delivery address as i was working from home.... I contacted Ram everyday to confirm what my parcel status was but kept getting different responses from each customer consultant. Finally was able to make an arrangement for delivery for Tuesday 24th March. Waited all day and nothing was delivered. I made this arrangement due to the fact that i would be back in the office on Wednesday 25th and also informed all consultants that I will not be able to receive package on the 25th. 25th came and now my package was out for delivery but i could not receive it now. I have made arrangements once more for the parcel to be delivered today and have taken off work once more

Its now a week that i am awaiting my parcel...
