Poor Service

Ram Hand to hand couriers has the worst and poor service. When we track the parcel their system indicates that they have contacted me and that they could'nt get of me and thats not true. We try to contact the customer service call are being ignored. I tried to contact the receptionist in Cape Town office she was rude she could not provide me with the basic information. Please dont use Ram services they have the most poor service.
