POOR SERVICE
A very poor service, been sending Tsholofelo Ngwenya emails no respond they delivered my order to the wrong address and they apologize but still expecting me to pay for them to resent my parcel...#RAM**** PO***6

30 May 2022, 12:01 They were two parcels that Ram driver made mistake by swapping my parcels delivering my CPT parcel to the JHB DC and CPT to JHB... The CPT one @Mandy Simons Helped me with it but the JHB one it was sent back to me because i had to rebook with Takealot. hence im sending it back WITH PO ***2.. already paid for both of them PO***6 and PO***0
