Poor service
Good day
I am expecting a delivery from Ram and called them to change my delivery date, as I am expecting other packages which I thought they would deliver at the same time. The delivery date was supposed to be yesterday and nothing happened, not even a call from them. I am on a chat with Keenan to follow up, and he just asked for my waybill number and over an hour later, there is just silence

I was under the impression that your delivery hours are between 9 and 5 pm, I waited until 6pm and nothing, not even a call. The update on your tracking report is a lie, as I had my phone with me and even got an sms regarding my other packages. RAM has had my package since the 17th, it is a week later and I am still waiting!!! Poor service indeed

25 Jan 2024, 09:11I was busy trying to resolve this mess on their useless chat and ****** lebogang had the audacity to call me by my name, it is highly unprofessional and very disrespectful! RAM needs to be reported to the consumer goods and services ombudsman
