Poor service

I am really disappointed with the service I received today when ram came out to me, firstly a week a go I email vodacom requesting a change of details and also a email to be sent to ram informing ram that my original id was ****** and I got a copyof my id and also a affidavit, when ram came to me today they refused to release the package, I was advised there was no email sent to them I need to call vodacom so immediately after that I called up vodacom and spoke to a agent shahista Abdul she advised me that she sent a mail to ram and she confirmed that ram had received it, it 2 weeks that I'm waiting to receive my package and everyday is a new issue which is totally frustrating, I would appreciate if this could be resolved tomorrow and my device is delivered this is really stressful for me.
