Poor service

I was supposed to receive my parcel on Friday the 04th, I was at work at the time and made arrangements with someone at home to sign for it. A few minutes later I was told that my parcel was in a wrong truck and will be delivered by Sat or Sun. I received a call that night that it will be delivered on Monday. I missed a call from them and called them back within 2min and I was told that they left and are in Amandasig I then asked them to come back as sos they are still within the area they refused I even asked them to wait where they are I’ll come and collect it they still refused. The worst service I’ve ever received from a courier company. I wish Vodacom will change courier companies
