Poor service
Poor custoner service.
Status on one of my parcells hasnt changed since 03/12/2024 , was supposed to be delivered yesterday 04/12/2024 and today is 05/12/2024 , close of business.
There is absolutely noway you can get hold of any one at this business.
1.Landline - no one is answering . 2. Whatsapp Line - when you request to speak with a consultant , standard reaponse is - they are busy try again later. 3. Website contact form , no one bothers to get back to you.
RAM how do one get hold of you?

2. There is absolutlely no feedback on the website , whatsapp or landline.
There is absolutely no way this is acceptable or should be allowed.

Your customer services manager Rethabile , send me an email on Friday 06/12/2024, advising me on the higher than usual demand and promised me delivery over the weekend. Guess what - no delivery took place over the weekend.
Ram Couriers this has been by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. There is no actual proof of where my parcel is.
Please advise when delivery will happen .
