Poor service

Delivery address was changed on the Ram site...phoned in all on the 24th March...was advised that vodacom will confirm...address was confirmed with vodacom...then only on the 3rd April Ram attempted to deliver...once again wrong address...I told Ram the urgency of the delivery...then yet again today 5th April delivery could not take place...Ram claimed that address was incorrect...this after how many attempts and confirmation to vodacom about the address...I was on the phone on 3 different times times today with Ram...over an hour all together...one lady said she will contact me in not longer than 1 and half hour....now almost 3 hours later...still nothing from Ram... pefectic is not the real word...
