Poor service
Not impressed with ram at all. I have been checking my waybill number only to find ram has apparently come to my house to deliver tried to Contact and sms me. This is absolute nonsense I have been home all day no ram vehicle has come down my road which is a culdesac so its hard to miss as well as I have not received one phone call or sms.

15 Oct 2021, 10:59You should take it up with Vodacom because they have provided a different number than the one you just provided to us.
We will provide the contact number to the DBN hub so that they contact you and arrange redelivery with you at the soonest.
This parcel cannot be delivered to anyone else either than STEPHANIE DAVIES, as stated on the consignment. You will have to avail yourself for delivery from Monday.
The address is correct on our side.
