Poor service

Very ppor service,been waiting for my parcel since the 10th of June,it was sent out delivery on the 14th but never reached me,the driver said was around my area (I even offered to meet him half way but never pitched) the parcel never reachrd me and went back to their hub. An emailed was recieved from Thandiwe Thahile with her contact information (tried calling her in vain) Yesterday (20/06/24) another email was received from Thandiwe stating my parcel is out for delivery with contact details of the driver.Tried contact the driver and gave a response that he is not servicing my area(nquthu) and not sure who is allocated there. Later on the day I tried tracking the parcel via ram track,it was returned back to the hub again. The contact details aren’t much of help because the phones aren’t being answered!!!
