Poor Service

I am still to receive my parcel I have been waiting from last week Friday I was told my parcel was out for delivery then kept on tracking the entire day then boom I see a NonDelivery to my confusion how because I gave them my work address and was at work the entire day, I sent an email no communication whatsoever then later on at around 16:51 I received call from them confirming my address then was advised that my parcel then be delivered on Monday to my work address nd then I asked if someone will call me before delivering I was told yes then again on Monday received a message that my parcel is out for delivery waited the whole day then again nothing just a message of Non Delivery nd stating wrong address how because I confirmed my address I sent an email again no one responded.
