Poor service
Very important parcel (my visa and passport) was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago to me with no attempt to contact me until I had to call them. Then I call in saying that they would call me back, no call back , then I call in again only for them to tell me they took my number down wrong when I called the first time. Still don't have my documents as yet.
