poor service

I ordered a router from Vodacom and during my order Vodacom requested my address so that they may confirm if the is coverage at the area I stay. They confirmed and told me that coverage at the area is excellent. They told me Ram will deliver. On the 13th of Dec I was not available and Ram driver refused to deliver to a third party. I made arrangement for delivery to occur on the 15th of December, at 13h15 I recieved a call from RAM telling me that my address doesn't exist. They connected me to the driver who said he knows my street but he doesnt know my address. I explained to him to come to the street, I'll direct him. To my surprise the parcel has been returned to the warehouse without any further communication. Even the courier guy gives better service than this guys. RAM is just a name with poor customer service
