Poor service

Hellopeter please assist with a bad service that is rendered by RAM courier, on Thursday 17 Dec 2020 when I checked the tracking, it reported that they tried to call me but my phone was unreachable, I called them back and I was told that my parcel was delivered but they had to take it back of which it's a big lie, they were never there, they promised to deliver it the following that on the 18 Dec 20, I waited and I decided to call them, they told me to wait at the gate they will be there I ten minutes time, I waited there for 3 hours, I called them later they told me that they need permit to deliver my parcel, I'm still waiting even now but im leaving this place in 2 days time. My tracking number is RAIN04-***4 and my number is ***. I called again on Sunday the guy that answered the call is a Zulu speaking person, he was very rude to me, RAM must hire a new staff because their members are very unprofessional and rude.
