Poor Service
On the 12 of October I got a call from your driver saying they are at my house in Bryanston for a delivery. I told them I not home but at work and they ask what time I will be home and I said aftet 4 and they said they will come then. I asked him why does he not come to my work in Parktown rather and he said he can't. Today is the 19th and I get a call from a guy in Bloemfontein saying he is on his way to deliver my parcel and when I ask how as I'm in Joburg. He responded by saying the parcel was shipped to Bloemfontein. This is totally appalling as no one from RAM ever called me to arrange any delivery

Your driver gets here yesterday and busy chairing a meeting as I am working from home. I ask him to wait a couple of minutes as I need to go get my passport from the as he told me that he can't take my drivers license. He left without saying a thing and I asked the helper and she said the guy was swearing as he left. I tried to call him on his cellphone as he was literally outside the gate and he did not respond. I called your office and spoke to a lady who said she is going to speak to the driver and call back. I called again after 3 hours and I was promised a call back and up until now nothing.

The address has been changed twice after the delivery had been attempted and when the courier attempted delivery yesterday you did not present your original ID.
You will be required to order the parcel from the sender again once they get the parcel back, if you are still interested in the parcel.
The behaviour from the courier will be investigated and addressed accordingly.
