Poor service

Poor service and they are ********.... i was suppose to recieve a parcel on the 17 august. The guy from Ram called and said he was on his way. He did not pitch at all. So today 24 august i went on the system to track my parcel. According to their system it say i recieved my parcel on the 17th . This is no acceptable and very unproffessional.
