Poor service

I'm so disappointed with the service received from Ram. Ordered a Sim card from rain last week, a message was sent from Rain saying that my parcel was sent to ram for delivery. Spoke to Lesego on the 26th of March advising that my parcel was at the warehouse, then on the 27th got an sms from Ram saying that my parcel is out for delivery and when I tracked my parcel and then said that my parcel is back at the hub. When I phoned later spoke to a lady called Mbali and she told me that the driver said there was no one at the delivered address then I asked her how could that be as I was at work all day, she then asked me to hold while she checks the driver then the call got disconnected. Called again spoke to Blessing who had said she'll send an email to the operations team, phoned again and spoke to Rowan who also said that the driver that was suppose to deliver my parcel had knocked off however the delivery was arranged for Monday the 30th of March and still nothing has been received. Called again today and spoke to a lady called Terry Lee who has been so helpful in trying to get my parcel delivered, not sure if the operations team is not willing to help me, as i need the Sim cards to be working from home during the LOCKDOWN. How can the driver lie like that saying that there was no one at the delivery address. At the end of the day I'll be the one paying for the Wifi that I have not even used. Can someone tell me where is the fairness in that. How can people that I have ordered with have received theirs?
