Poor service

It's disgusting how they have total disregard for other people's time. Latest time for delivery was 5pm. Driver showed up at 7:30PM, didn't even call to notify me if he was at the gate. Just left. Not even an sms to advise that they would be late. If their call centre hours end at 6pm, why do they have drivers showing up at their client's residences at night unannounced. Professionalism and safety very questionable.
