Poor service
I am very annoyed by RAM for 2days I have been sitting for a delivery which they are failing to deliver. I have to stay home and wait, as if have no other commitments. This is unacceptable tracking number. I don't know what's the hold up tracking no LECR03-***7

18 Jan 2021, 09:21Tracking no: LECR03-***7. I see it's still says no delivery when I track it. And it's not even scheduled for delivery for today. So tell me do you just decide to go from delivering to not delivering at all. I will not be supporting Le Cruest online anymore and I will inform them on why. We wait so much for our parcels that we have purchased hey. Please sort out this mess.
