Poor service

Hi

On the 30th of April I've received a call from Ram's driver at 10:06 he said he was at the ground floor to deliver my parcel, when I got there I didn't found him and I asked the securities about the parcel and they said no one delivered any parcel, I called him and he said he will get back to me which he never did, around 14:00 I called him asking about my delivery coz I was about to knock off he said he delivered and we ended up exchanging harsh words then he hunged up when I called he never answered. To my surprise I've received an email saying my order was delivered to my work place at 20:48 I was already home I called at work no one received it even the camera proved it so when I track my order it says delivered however I haven't received it, till to date o6/05/2025 I haven't received my parcel and the status says delivered. The status says my parcel was delivered to Popi and I've searched the whole building and there's no one called Popi
