Poor service
2/06-Parcel out for delivery- Driver called,he is at the gate and he cant wait over a minute and they not allowed to advise before hand that they coming So i ask him to Deliver at work,he said someone from the call centre will call me- No call came through I get home i call Ram,n i call Vodacom for a Change if Adress 03/06- RAM delivers the parcel at hone again,having told them im at work during 7-16-Without prior notification again. The driver is in a rush to wait 5 minutes to fetch my parcel 04/06- Same parcel out for delivey to my home adress, same treatment from the driver n he notifies the call centre that i dont need the parcel Cantacted the call centre, spoke to 4 different agents,all which we not helpfull,arrogant and very rude trying for re-attempt of deliver Its so pathetic n stressful dealing with RAM
Please note that Vodacom has not give us authorisation to have your parcel redelivered at a different address, as you have requested.
The parcel has now exceeded two delivery attempts again and will be be returned back to Vodacom.
Please contact Vodacom directly to reorder should you require for the parcel to be redelivered to you again. Request for the work address this time around so that we can deliver without trouble.
