Poor service
I ordered WiFi through Rain and have been waiting for a few days without WiFi. I have called customer service more than three times a day to be left on held for over 15 minutes each time. I need to check the delivery address and confirm many other details and no one has yet to answer my calls and emails from both Rain and Ram.
