Poor service

The day my package was supposed to be delivered, I waited the whole day with excitement, tracking the parcell on whatsapp the whole day. Eventually Thursday evening it just said that the package delivery was unsuccessful.

I did not receive a call or notification like I usually do with other courier services to let me know that they are here in case I miss them.

We (my husband) called them to clarify a few thing and they left us in the waiting que for 18 minutes, after finally getting hold of them, the line cut out and no one called back. Meaning the whole waiting que for 18 minutes was our future.

I then decided to try the whatsapp bot they sent me messages from. I've requested to chat to someone and asked to call me multiple times with no success - no calls or chats received. After the first delivery attempt, no other attempt has been made yet.

The service is very poor and I sencerily hope that you'll improve it in the future.
