Poor service

My parcel was meant to be delivered a week ago 06/08/2020 but they don't deliver. Then when I track my parcel, status changed to Unsuccessful delivery and the worst part they don't communicate with me. On Friday 07/08/2020 i phoned ram couriers customer service asking them why they didn't deliver my parcel, then they told me that the driver was running out of time but my parcel will be delivered on Tuesday 11/08/2020. They sent an sms that my parcel is out for delivery, I waited the whole day but no delivery took place. When I tracked my delivery it say ram mobile Non delivery. I phoned customer service again asking them why they didn't make delivery they told me they sent email to the driver asking him why but they will come back to me. I phoned them again they told me they'll arranged something so that i get my parcel tomorrow. Now I'm even thinking of canceling my order because ram couriers they don't keep their promise ...I'm tired of waiting
