Poor Service

Ram supposed to deliver my parcel on Tuesday 11/02/2020 but failed and they didnt notify me,i had to call them.The parcel was delivered on Thursday 13/02 infact they didnt deliver it i had to call their control room and fetch to the driver because they told me that they will deliver it after 16:00
