Poor Service

<p>I have been waiting for my parcel to be delivered by RAM Hand to Hand Couriers since last week and there has been no communication from them to find out wha is the best possible time to deliver the parcel. I have given out my email address, work number and cellphone however no consistent and persistent communicatiom from them even when they are not able to get hold of me.</p> <p>I'm not satisfied at all and would not recommend any one or any entity to use them.</p>
