Poor service

RAM was responsible for delivering my chronic medication. It arrived a week late - when I phoned the call centre they were rude, said the driver will contact me - made promises of same day delivery which did not happen and when the delivery guy finally delivered my package the following week at 8 at night he just sorry he is new. I had to go and buy other medication as I could not risk being without my chronic medication so it cost me double for my medication this month. I've just had a package delivered which is now their third attempt. Previous two days I got a message saying delivery unsuccessful with hours also around 7/8 at night. No attempt was made to come in contact with me other than a no-reply email.
