Poor service

I am disappointed in the service I receive from ram, if they do not arrive late at night they do not arrive at all. Monday I received an sms that my parcel has left Durban dispatch for delivery till today I have not received it and I am loosing money. I have tried calling them but you hold forever without an answer.
