POOR Service

Poor service - I paid for the next day delivery (on Tuesday already) and parcel does not get delivered for 2 days now. their driver keeps buzzing me and write false comments that I did not answer until voice-mail. Their call center also lies saying 2 different versions. When I called them in morning, they say driver did not make to destination last night. I call them again this afternoon and they now say last night they did go to destination and they did not get hold of me in the phone. as a result, I missed my dead line for submission as it was 12:00 today.

very poor service.
