Poor service - 3 days now 13 days for delivery

Still waiting for a parcel that was collected on 12 Feb from the store where the order was placed. So much for delivery within 3 days! Spoke to customer care on 23 Feb to find out the problem, just to have another failed delivery on 26 Feb due to the original problem! Have been on the customer care line now for the past 45 minutes listening to music. Still no answer.
