Poor service

This is not necessarily Ram's fault, but the fact that it is impossible to arrange a time for delivery is idiotic. People work, and cannot just be at home when it's convenient for them. This is why Takealot's collection hubs work. People can collect them when they need to. Otherwise, it's simply a waste of my time, and just ruins a person's day. The consultant's don't want to help either, which aggravates the situation even further.
