Poor service

Worst delivery service I have ever had. Will never recommend this company not use it myself. Have been receiving text messages that my package is out for delivery since last week Thursday and no show. Worst of all on the day that they said they were bringing the package a person called Peter was extremely rude to me. I wish I could cancel the order but don't even know how.
