Poor service
The consultant of RAM are not professional and they drop calls when you try to get an update on your parcel. So unprofessional they should be called to book.

Now RAM by the consultant says a different story( story keeps on changing every day due to their in competence) that the parcel should be received by my wife and there suppose to be a note from Vodacom to indicate that I was given the authority to receive the parcel. Now they are saying they could attend to my query as they were not available.
Their service is poor and unprofessional Jason Schalkwyk as a manager to check my request and make himself about my query.
What can be done to put to took this unprofessionalism of RAM?
