Poor Service

What a disaster ????????I’ve never experienced such poor service in my life from staff to management.

I’ve been waiting for my parcel 2 weeks now and still today I haven’t received it. There’s stories everyday and no one cares

The delivery drivers do as they Pleased they don’t care about customers no one does follow ups. When you ask them they tell u they have to many clients so they can’t do follow ups or update you.

Ram courier s service is disgusting
