Poor service

I upgraded to a new cellphone last week, and from the 3rd of May, I am tracking my parcel, and today it was dispatched from the premises, but was not delivered, and when I went to track my parcel, it just says "RAMMobile NonDelivery" which is unacceptable for me, as here was no RAM vehicle at my house for me to receive my package
