POOR SERVICE!!!!!!!

K ********** ... Genuinely not happy. Vodacom gave Ram the incorrect address. I phoned RAM this morning telling them where to deliver. . The driver phoned me telling me his is in the street I've asked him just to come down the street to the correct address. He failed to do that. I've been waiting at the gate of the estate for 30min & he did not pitch, I even went down to the driver said he is, he was not there??... I got a message that it is a NonDelivery… not fair!! I need the device today as I'm going on leave and the delivery address is my work address. A urgent respond to this matter will be highly appreciated!
