Poor service

Once again the service by Ram Hand is pathetic, I've been waiting for a parcel that I am paid for to the courier as well as the ISP I ordered from on the 12/03 but they keep messing me around with delivery.

Eventually yesterday I spoke to a team leader who said he would call me at 8 this morning to arrange delivery whether it be at work or home and he assured me that they would come to work and I must carry my original ID as well as proof of residence as that's there the issue was.

I received no call as started yesterday and I was told to take the documents to work he would arrange it, I got a sms a few minutes ago saying that the parcel would be delivered to my residence instead which means that I would not AGAIN my parcel had I taken my documentation to my workplace.

Not even a team leader can tell me what goes on in the company and cannot keep his word as he said he would.

Please don't call me, I do want to hear more lies.
