POOR SERVICE

On 11/07/2018 I used the Ram hand to hand delivery service from klerksdorp to mahikeng at Garona building at Office of the Premier for employment application forms and I was called yesterday on the 25/07/2018 by their employee using this number ********** at 15:30 that my courier was not delivered .The said that the reason was because that when they arrived at garona in mafikeng people who where the did not want to signed for the delivery and I told the that this is a lie and they did not even attempt t deliver the applications ,I told them that I have worked in Human Resources department and I know that when application for Employment is opened in any governments ,employees are there to ensure that applications are received without any excuses.The man from Ram told me I should cone at collect my undelivered courier,then I asked him about the R310.50 I have paid for the delivery .He told me that there is no way they can refund me ,if the money is paid it can not be reversed.I told him that do you know that your company has cost me the opportunity for employment,+money,+you are now even costing me another money to come and collect those undelivered mailed and also you are putting me in unnecessary stress due to the fact that my opportunity for employment has been demolished by your untrusted service.I really need help on this because the service was not done for sure and my money back ,because to me this i a day light ******* to take money from a client for something that was not performed totally.
