poor service

my sister received an sms day before yesterday stating that her delivery was coming. sms sent 7am only received a call after 2pm from the driver after she had left for work already. she then told the driver to deliver on the 12th as she will be home the whole day,guess what she got an sms yesterday the 11th stating that her delivery was on her way when she clearly stated that she will not be around,she then got a call again after 2pm while she was on her way to work . today the 12th no sms about delivery went to track parcel on ram.co.za the is no up date for today's delivery . filled in the form for a call back on the 10th another one on the 11th no call back as promised on that form received an automated response with ref numbers. the feeling of being hostaged at home waiting for a delivery that only takes place when the driver eventually decides to come is the worst feeling she has ever experienced. my sister is every unhappy by everything and will not be using Ram in future. All she wants its a delivery today and there wont be any business in future between her and Ram.
