Poor Service

Good day

I have an order that must be delivered from ram hand to hand couriers, the delivery was supposed to happen on Friday 20/04/2018 no delivery happened. According to Ram they contacted me on Friday which is a complete lie. On Monday 23/05/2018 at 8am I contacted their customer service dept to inform them that delivery needs to happen between 9 and 10:30am. The agent I spoke to said she will inform their Bellville, Cape Town office as the package is with them. At 9:50 I contacted their Bellville office as I have not heard anything from Ram. I spoke to Jonathan who then tells me delivery cannot happen before 10:30am and for them to phone me before delivery I need to request it before the order is placed, which I did. They also did not have my cell number so how could they have phoned me on Friday. They also won't let me collect my package at their office. This is pathetic and poor service. My delivery address is around the corner from their Bellville office and they say they can't deliver before 10:30
