POOR SERVICE
Poor service by this courier. I made an order on the 27th of June but still I have not received my parcel. I missed their call yesterday but just 2 minutes later I call back and they say they were trying which is not true. No one came to my address. I then receive a call later yesterday confirming address promising to deliver today but in the morning I received an sms saying that they can not deliver because of unavailable home address and they can not find me telephonically which is also not true.

10 Jul 2023, 14:40Yes I spoke with someone from your team and they arranged to deliver today but same story its almost 4pm now and I have not received my parcel. When I track it says it is being prepared for delivery. I really do not know what to do now.
