Poor service

We waited the whole day and missed out on work, which is something not to be taken lightly considering the pay cuts due to lockdown! Our parcel was supposed to arrive today, we received sms and email confirmation only to see non delivery on the tracking system. No call given or anything! I hope this can get sorted out soon. Considering we need to rica on delivery this becomes an even bigger problem because I cannot take a second day off of work!
