POOR SERVICE

Ram couriers is the worst courier courier ever!The driver turned away with my parcel because l was not in my home address but l was never informed in time or gotten an sms that the driver on his way to my place and that parcel will be delivered on a specific day.When the driver called me he said he was 3 minutes away from my place and asked him to come were l was but he refused,l then said to the driver he must give me 10 minutes since l was around the area.I can with another option telling them that my partner is @home and she has my certified ID copy and they still refused!

I then called the customer service to inform them about the issue and they told me the driver can't wait for more than 5 minutes and that my origional ID is needed and that the driver cant come to my work place.

The lady l spoke with said She will arrange for my parcel to be delivered on Monday between 8_12.

11h45 today l called customer service to ask them were the driver is since it's almost 12pm and l have errands to do.He then called t's driver and the driver said he's stuck with other deliveries and he should be at my place before 1pm.Its 1h4pm and the driver still hasn't arrived.

I'm so disappointed with the service l got from RAM,their service is extremely poor and they an't even meet you halfway.I even had to use my airtime calling them to arrange for my delivery but they've given me nothing but false hope!!!

I can't even do my errands because of them!!!
