Poor service

Very poor service from ram couriers. My parcel was to be delivered yesterday before 5pm. (2020-08-06). I called the company twice to get an estimated time but was told it will be delivered anytime before 5pm. Parcel never showed up and I was never contacted, wasted a whole day. I called the company this morning (2020-08-07) and informed them what happened, I was told the matter will be escalated and I will be contacted shortly with an estimated time. I ended up contacting the company another three times after 1pm and was told I will get it today before 6pm. I have not yet received received my parcel and was not informed again. Ram couriers received this parcel on 2020-08-01 from the sender. Every time you call the company you end up waiting long before someone answers. Very poor service, i wont recommend this company to anyone.
