Poor service

Been waiting since 5 May 26 for RAM to collect my coffee machine as it needs to go for repairs. I’ve been contacting them everyday only to be given excuses everyday. On Monday (11/5/26) there was a guy who called me coming to fetch my machine but while on the call he said he was being called by his workplace. After waiting for another 10mins for him to call me back, I eventually called him. He then said he has been assigned to go somewhere else. I offered to drive and bring the machine to him but he assured me that he will fetch my machine at 16:00 when he gets back. At 16:00 I was back from fetching my son, when I called him he said he will come at 18:00. 12/5/26 no one contacted me and no one came. When I called around 16:00 I was told that the car broke down.

This is really poor service and seems like the guy that is working in my area doesn’t respect costumers and clearly doesn’t respect his job!!!! If I’d day they don’t even deserve this 1 star I gave them.
